To Order:
1. Email shop.willoway@gmail.com and state your name, contact number, address, method of delivery and name of item(s).
To Reserve:
1. We give priority to those who are able to pay right up. However, we will still welcome reservations for up to 48 hours.
2. If payment is not made within the time frame, I am sorry but item(s) will go to the next buyer.

Drop us a mail at shop.willoway@gmail.com and we will reply ASAP.
Payment Methods:
1. Cash on Delivery is available around SS15 (free of charge). Email to arrange for a meet-up.
2. Fund Tranfer via Online Banking.
(Please provide us the reference number and the transaction time and date so we can validate the information with the bank if required).
3. After receiving amount, we will deliver the next day or in a day or two.
Postage Rates:
1. Pos Laju
RM 6 for West Malaysia and RM 8 for East Malaysia (recommended - because Post Msia is liable for missing goods); 1-2 working days
2. Pos Express
A flat rate of RM 4 (Post Msia is not liable for lost of goods); 1-2 working days
3. Normal Parcel
RM 1 - (Post Msia is not liable); 3-4 working days
4. Overseas
Please inquire within.

1. All prices are non-negotiable.
2. Everything is brand new unless stated otherwise.
3. Seriously no backouts or buyer will be blacklisted.
4. All items are imported overseas so they are all exclusive.
5. There are very limited pieces available for each design.
6. Items sold are not refundable.
7. We would not be held responsible for any damages and losses upon delivery of goods.
